What is A Refreshed Refurbished Device?

A refurbished device is in essence a pre-owned device, which has been restored to good working order. This does not necessary mean that all refurbished devices were ever faulty, this could mean newly purchased devices could be either returned for a different model or customers simply wanting to trade in there perfectly working old device for a new one. Our Refreshed Like New devices are then cosmetically restored and thoroughly tested on full functionality and other quality control checks to ensure devices are sold in good working order.

How Good Is A Refreshed Like New Refurbished Device?

Our refurbished devices come with a full cosmetic restoration, you will not be able to tell the difference between a new device and a Refreshed Like New device. Being a refurbished device, it is unlikely that you will be getting the original packing and its original accessories, however Refreshed Like New has its own eco-friendly packaging and does offer a 1 Year Limited Warranty.

What Does My Warranty Cover?

Your 12 Month Warranty covers all technical & hardware faults such as any display issues, audio faults & software related issues. All our devices come with 85 - 100 % battery life which has its own warranty of 6 months. Our phones come with an internal warranty seal. If this seal is tampered with by any third-party repair center, the warranty becomes void. For any issues, please contact us directly for authorized service

How Long Is My Device Covered For ?

Our warranty covers your Certified Like New Device for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What Is Not Covered By The Warranty?

We do not cover any physical damage, liquid damage, 3rd party software, unauthorized repairs or any other visible damage which include cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or screen cracks which may cause the device to go faulty.

How Long Will My Warranty Repair Take?

Once your device is received ,It will take 3 to 7 working days for a repair. In the unlikely event this process is delayed we will provide you with a loan phone.

Are Accessories Included With Refurbished Devices?

Our Refurbished devices come with a free charging cable and adapter which is not covered within the warranty.

What Accessories Are Covered?

All accessories purchased separately will come with a 6 months warranty

Does The Free Gifts Come With A Warranty?

No, the free gifts do not come with a warranty. The warranty covers the main purchased product only. However, we ensure that all products, including free gifts, are of high quality and meet our standards.

Can I Return My Device If Its Faulty?

  1. Full Cash Refund - To qualify for a full cash refund the device must be faulty within 7 (seven) calendar days from date of purchase on official invoice (proof of purchase).The device must be in the same condition with no scratches, dents or marks.

2. Warranty Claim - Should your device become faulty within 1 (one) year from purchase (effective from purchase date on official invoice), it will be assessed and repaired. Please note that warranty will continue from purchase date.

What Happens If My Device Is Damaged Upon Delivery?

Please contact us immediately. Failing to do so will result in us unable to raise the issue with our delivery partner.

Return Assessment Policy?

If a customer submits a return or logs a ticket for a device claiming it is faulty, and upon assessment, the device is found to be in working condition, the customer will be responsible for covering the delivery costs associated with the initial return of the non-faulty device.

Do We Deliver Worldwide?

We offer delivery within South Africa at a standard rate unless you qualify for free delivery when you purchase above R1000 , for all International shipping please contact us directly.

Can I Track My Order?
